About the role
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and status updates.
- Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication between developers, testers, infra teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
- Follow up on new release development and deployment activities.
- Lead and coordinate deployments across clusters and environments.
- Own INFRA, SECURITY, and TESTING aspects.
Requirements
- Master degree in IT and 12 years of professional experience in IT.
- Strong experience in technical project or delivery management.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, platforms, and cloud concepts.
- Experience in release, deployment, or environment management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in environments involving: Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Microservices architectures, Kubernetes concepts (pods, clusters, deployments), Cloud & virtualized environments, Red Hat Linux, vCenter,Ceph, Applications & DevOps, Networking & Security.
- Fluent in English at least at a level C1.
