About the role
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for healthcare software applications.
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system, email, or phone.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or Microsoft Teams meetings to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose software-related issues, ensuring system functionality and user satisfaction.
- Develop user manuals, documentation, and training materials to support end users.
- Assist in the delivery of user training sessions and provide ongoing technical guidance.
- Perform software testing to verify functionality, quality, and compliance with requirements.
Requirements
- A University/College degree in a relevant Technical or Healthcare field
- 2+ years of experience in client support for software solutions, ideally within a healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively in a highly demanding environment
- Previous experience in the healthcare domain and familiarity with the Greek healthcare system will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Hospital Information System software will be considered an asset
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases will be considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of the Greek and English language.
