About the role

  • Conceptualize, organize and manage on-site a wide range of internal and external event formats such as trade shows, customer events and conferences
  • Design marketing activities and create targeted communication for our event formats – before, during and after the event
  • End-to-end participant management
  • Budgeting, cost calculation and cost control
  • Selection, coordination and management of external service providers
  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales and other departments

Requirements

  • Commercial training or a degree in event management or marketing and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in event management
  • Occasional willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%)
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good self-organization and a high degree of independence and initiative
  • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and a confident command of Microsoft Office complete your profile
