About the role

  • Further development of our sales reporting and active contribution to the BI transformation
  • Building modern reporting solutions and preparing for the implementation of tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Creating reports, dashboards and presentations for management and the sales organization
  • Close collaboration with decision-makers in top management
  • Analyzing and preparing data to derive actionable recommendations
  • Serving as the point of contact for related topics and acting as the interface between sales and central departments
  • Participation in cross-functional projects
  • Developing data-driven concepts and initial steps toward Advanced Analytics (e.g., forecasting, trend analyses)

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
  • Strong affinity for numbers, statistics and analytical questions
  • Structured and independent working style as well as solution-oriented thinking
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, ideally also MS Access
  • Experience with Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP BW or SAP R/3 / S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Interest in data analytics methods and foundations for predictive analytics
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or a programming language (Python/R)
