About the role
- Designs, analyzes, evaluates, and provides professional guidance on accounting, financial, and statistical operations
- Produces, analyzes, and reconciles financial information on a monthly basis
- Analyzes payroll, accounts payable, and expenditures
- Participates in the preparation of the annual budget
- Supervises technicians responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepares for and participates in interim and annual audits
- Collaborates closely with various departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the MSSS Financial Management Manual (an asset)
- Knowledge of Logibec
- Bilingual (French and English) required
- Knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset
