About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to drafting technical and financial proposals.
- Support the implementation of project activities, through preparation of Terms of Reference, coordination with consultants, quality assurance support, and logistical coordination.
- Develop pedagogical tools and technical resources to support curriculum reform processes.
- Prepare communication materials related to the Haiti curriculum reform, including drafting various content (articles, blog posts, briefs, etc.) to document project progress, highlight key initiatives, and foster stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and report on project implementation and results.
- Collect and analyze data, lessons learned, and good practices.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge management resources.
- Support the Director in the organizational and institutional development process of the IBE.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree at Masters level or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Economics, or any related field;
- At least five years of professional experience in the field of education;
- Experience in project design and implementation;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken French and/or English.
