About the role
- Support UIL in advancing lifelong learning policies and practices at national and local levels.
- Develop knowledge and training resources.
- Facilitate national and regional engagement.
- Provide technical feedback on country outputs.
- Support the dissemination of key resources related to the Greening Communities Guide.
- Coordinate the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities (GNLC) ESD Working Group.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (masters) in education, social sciences, development studies or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of education/LLL policy and capacity-building.
- Previous work experience in designing online and in-person training for policymakers.
- Familiarity with ESD and RVA in different countries.
- Proven experience in collaborating on international projects in the field of education.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
