About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for designing, building, and delivering programs that develop employee capability, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience
  • Translate business priorities into structured training programs, engaging workshops, and high-impact employee experiences
  • Lead and facilitate all learning sessions, including workshops, trainings, and interactive programs
  • Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and translate them into structured programming
  • Continuously refine programs based on feedback, engagement, and business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience
  • Proven experience designing L&D programs, building content, and facilitating sessions
  • Strong program management and event ownership experience
  • Skilled in developing training materials, frameworks, and interactive learning experiences
  • Confident, engaging presenter with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Must be open to travel domestically and internationally.
