Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, building, and delivering programs that develop employee capability, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience
Translate business priorities into structured training programs, engaging workshops, and high-impact employee experiences
Lead and facilitate all learning sessions, including workshops, trainings, and interactive programs
Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and translate them into structured programming
Continuously refine programs based on feedback, engagement, and business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience
Proven experience designing L&D programs, building content, and facilitating sessions
Strong program management and event ownership experience
Skilled in developing training materials, frameworks, and interactive learning experiences
Confident, engaging presenter with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Must be open to travel domestically and internationally.
