Requirements
- You have a minimum of one year of experience managing a high-performing cross-functional team responsible for delivering high-impact features.
- 7+ years of experience building heavy-traffic consumer mobile applications and/or systems.
- Experience working with product managers in gathering requirements, investigating technical needs, and creating designs that fit within project timelines
- High level of accountability, bias for action, and a desire to empower individuals on the team to perform at their best
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable experience in both native mobile and backend development (Even better if you have)
- Experience delivering engaging, mobile-first consumer product experiences (Even better if you have)
- Experience owning an entire product vertical or acted as the head of engineering for a funded startup (Even better if you have)
- This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
