About the role
- Build and optimize our payments platform, adding new payment options, improving payout speed, and reducing fraud.
- Partner with PMs, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver new payments and fraud capabilities.
- Write clear user stories and maintain up-to-date product documentation.
- Lead agile ceremonies and support developers by providing timely clarification.
- Define and track success metrics to guide iteration and improve customer experience.
- Foster alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and data science, creating or improving processes as needed.
- Ensure responsible gaming standards are integrated into product decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of payments and fraud product management experience
- Demonstrated experience driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines
- Knowledge of payment and fraud technologies, or the desire to work on payment platforms
- Experience making build vs. buy decisions of third party vendors
- Experience leveraging both quantitative and qualitative information to proactively identify ways for your product to deliver on business goals/KPI’s
- An experimentation mindset centered around forming clear hypotheses and creating ways to quickly validate or invalidate new ideas
- An expert at transforming conflicting or ambiguous inputs from customers and stakeholders into clear and actionable plans
