About the role
- Provide ongoing operational support for all of our contracted Tour Series
- Manage setup, reporting, task management, event order creation, and more in our Sales & Catering software
- Oversee detailing process for small groups as assigned
- Collect deposits on time, considering recent adjustments made to the group’s needs
- Navigate hotel property management system to evaluate rates and availability
- Make deliberate decisions, problem solve, and proactively seek out applicable resources
- Develop strong relationships with operational staff at each venue
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales support experience preferred
- Clear, effective, appropriate, and timely communications – both written and verbal
- Comfortability with creative problem solving
- Strong computer skills including typing
- Logistically and operationally minded
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional guest service focus
