About the role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service — from a friendly welcome to efficiently closing sales
  • Provide expert advice to athletes regarding appropriate apparel and footwear
  • Share your product knowledge and passion for the brand
  • Restock, organize, and maintain store cleanliness
  • When required, work both on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including cashier (POS) and payment processes
  • Handle omnichannel inquiries using digital tools and experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and work well within a team
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Promote customer loyalty by educating athletes about our Rewards program
  • Take responsibility for your own development and use growth opportunities to improve performance
  • Comply with Under Armour’s attendance and scheduling policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 16 years of age (18 in California)
  • Ability to move throughout the sales area, stockroom, and office and to lift up to 12 kg
  • Fluent in the local language; basic English skills are an advantage
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, technology (e.g., computers, handheld and mobile devices)
