About the role

  • Provide excellent customer service, from a warm greeting to an efficient checkout
  • Help customers find the right apparel and footwear by offering knowledgeable recommendations
  • Share product knowledge and enthusiasm about our merchandise
  • Stock, straighten and maintain store cleanliness
  • Work both the front and back of the store as needed, including operating point-of-sale and handling payments
  • Fulfill customers' omnichannel requests via digital channels
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and the ability to work effectively within a team

  • Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program

Requirements

  • Minimum 16 years old (18 in California)
  • Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg)
  • Fluency in the local language required; basic English is a plus
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Comfortable with, or willing to learn, technology such as computers and handheld/mobile devices
