About the role

  • Lead and grow sales operations across multiple pan‑European Accounts across European markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and account profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pan‑European key Accounts (specifically JD) and other partners
  • Lead Digital Sales team to drive growth across key channels
  • Take global responsibility for certain Accounts when applicable (coordination to leading whole business)
  • Work in partnership with PODs leaders across channels and internal functions to enable sustainable growth aligned to LRP ambition
  • Own and manage annual revenue targets of >$150M and account profitability across key European markets
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans with measurable quarterly milestones aligned to brand and commercial priorities
  • Monitor market trends to increase market share and proactively identify risks and opportunities with quarterly mitigation plans
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, product, operations, and finance; ensure monthly alignment meetings and shared KPIs
  • Implement EMEA sales strategies including trade terms, customer segmentation, and range planning with bi‑annual reviews
  • Lead, coach, and develop the pan‑European wholesale team with quarterly performance reviews and individual development plans
  • Support Key cities strategy to increase Under Armour footprint and market share in key cities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in relevant experience field
  • 15 years of relevant experience leading Sales teams
  • 6+ years of management experience or equivalent subject matter lead experience
  • Fluent in English; ideally conversational in another European language
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Expert across EMEA with focus on PanEU countries and established relationships
  • Sales product and assortment expertise aligned to Buying Groups, Specialty account, Key Account
  • Excellent people leadership skills
  • Proven experience working with apparel and/or footwear
  • Workplace Location: Manchester Area, UK
  • Willingness to travel ~40%–60% of the year
