About the role
- Manage content development, design, and maintenance of internal communication platforms including global Town Halls, intranet site, newsletter, email, video, MS Teams and more
- Manage and maintain a strategic calendar to align internal messaging with product drops, athlete moments, brand campaigns, and cultural tentpoles in alignment with broader brand narratives
- Identify and implement innovative content strategies that reflect cultural relevance and visual storytelling through digital media
- Craft rich and compelling stories that resonate with teammates and reinforce UA’s mission and values
- Partner with leadership team and cross-functional partners to bring company goals, values and vision to life internally
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication projects to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without a degree
- Excellent writing and editing abilities with a focus on relevance and audience engagement
- Skilled in editorial planning, project management, and meeting tight deadlines
- Passionate about sports, digital culture, and impactful storytelling that inspires
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- SharePoint
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Video content development experience is a plus
