About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer service, from a sincere greeting to efficient checkout
  • Help customers perform at their best by recommending appropriate apparel and footwear
  • Share your knowledge of and passion for our products
  • Restock, place orders, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Work the sales floor and stockroom as needed, including at points of sale and during payment processes
  • Respond to customers’ omnichannel requests through the digital experience
  • Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Show the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Promote customer loyalty by informing customers about our UA Rewards loyalty program (United States only)
  • Take responsibility for your own development while seizing growth opportunities to improve your performance
  • Respond to omnichannel requests in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies through the digital experience
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours in accordance with Under Armour’s attendance policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and to lift up to 25 lb / 12 kg
  • Proficiency in the local language required; basic knowledge of English is an asset
  • Ability to work a variable schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Comfortable with technology or willing to learn to use it (for example, computers and handheld devices)
