About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and manage whole goods inventory using the dealer inventory tracking system.
- Maintain an established lot plan and communicate effectively within the store to ensure the plan is followed.
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing trucks, freight, and equipment.
- Deliver all new equipment and bundles required to the shop for pre-delivery.
- Keep bundles, leftover items, operator manuals, monitors, etc., organized and clean.
- Perform daily safety checks and general service on the forklift.
- Maintain the yard, including grass cutting, weed spraying, anti-freeze checks, and driveway grading as needed.
- Detail all equipment prior to customer delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Practical knowledge and comfort operating or driving equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred Experience working in a dealership or yard/warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with agricultural or turf equipment.
