About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain training materials across formats (e.g., participant workbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, and video-based content)
- Work closely with the Training Manager to receive content direction and translate it into clear, engaging, and repeatable learning experiences.
- Keep training materials organized, version-controlled, and always current.
- Support day-to-day administration of LMS, including course uploads and learner enrollment, serving as a frontline resource for access questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed.
- Organize, plan, and present various skills training for employees through instructor-led and virtual environments.
- Support the organization by building partnerships both internally and externally.
- Analyze program effectiveness using various assessments, surveys, and other forms of feedback.
- Keep current with learning and development trends.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, and project management.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively convey information to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to learn and use a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical experience with learning management software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 is a plus.
- Previous years of experience preferred.
