Technician – Mobile
<Undefined>Mobile Service Technician diagnosing and repairing issues on agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment at customer sites. Troubleshooting GPS and Precision Ag technologies while ensuring efficient operations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnosing and repairing complex issues on agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment right at the customer’s site
- Troubleshooting and supporting advanced GPS and Precision Ag technologies
- Clear communication with customers about repairs and maintenance
- Supporting customer clinics and promoting Premier Equipment’s service programs
- Managing your mobile service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory while adhering to safety standards
- Completing all required documentation and maintaining condition of mobile service vehicle, trailer, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4 years of experience performing service repairs
- Ability to perform complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs following technical manuals
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and support GPS and Precision Ag technologies
- Proficient with Service Advisor and basic computer skills
- Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment
- Saturday rotation and on-call availability
- Preferred Advanced or Master Service Technician certification
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Forklift license
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training
- Experience with John Deere and competitive products.
