About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and repair agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment.
- Handle everything from routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics.
- Support precision ag technology.
- Maintain tools and service vehicle.
- Stay sharp through ongoing John Deere training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of hands-on service repair experience.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic abilities.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and basic computer functions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 75lbs. repeatedly and operate diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred Licensed technician (310T, 310S, 421A, or 425A).
- Advanced or Master Service Technician certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with John Deere equipment and systems.
- CDL and forklift licenses.
- Background in agricultural, turf, or compact construction equipment.
