About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review, edit, and maintain the job calendar daily to ensure accuracy and coverage
Coordinate and assign interpreters based on client needs, availability, and requirements
Partner with internal teams to understand service requests and align on priorities
Communicate with clients and external resources via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
Monitor incoming requests and respond quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations
Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time
Support special projects and additional tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current or prior experience as a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA) (required)
Strong administrative and customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
