About the role
- You own direct relationships with Sales and Account Management leadership, acting as a trusted analytical partner who regularly presents findings, leads business rhythm conversations, and proactively flags risks and opportunities with clear recommended actions.
- You own end-to-end analytical coverage of GTM and revenue metrics including pipeline health, MRR/NRR movements, expansion signals, cross-sell coverage, and regional performance, partnering with RevOps and Finance to define the single source of truth.
- You design and run LLM-powered analytical workflows (using Claude, GPT, or similar) for automated insight generation, narrative summaries, anomaly detection, and translating unstructured signals into structured analytical inputs.
- You build automated reporting and alerting pipelines using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make, replacing manual analytical tasks with intelligent, scheduled workflows that deliver insights at scale.
- You develop AI-powered self-serve tools that enable stakeholders to query data in natural language, democratizing access to insights across the GTM organization.
- You build, maintain, and develop the reporting layer in Snowflake — including dbt models, data dictionaries, and metric definitions — that powers GTM and revenue reporting, managing version-controlled codebases (Git) independently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, revenue analytics, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment, with hands-on experience working with CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred) and RevOps datasets.
- You are proficient in SQL and have strong experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent), with the ability to extract, transform, and analyze data independently.
- You have hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools (such as Claude, GPT, or similar) and can design and implement AI-powered analytical workflows for automation, insight generation, and anomaly detection.
- You possess strong business acumen and can form clear opinions on GTM performance, understand what drives revenue outcomes, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication skills, able to distill complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences and confidently present to Sales and Account Management leadership.
- You are comfortable with data infrastructure and automation, including experience with dbt, version control (Git), and ideally automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make to build scalable analytical pipelines.
- You work autonomously and proactively, spotting risks and opportunities before being asked, and driving analytical projects from ambiguous business questions to clear, actionable insights.
