About the role
- Develop and execute a cohesive, localized marketing strategy that aligns with global objectives and regional needs
- Own the regional marketing-generated pipeline plan and oversee the full funnel journey from awareness to conversion
- Lead the integration of owned, earned, and paid channels to optimize funnel performance
- Serve as an expert in Benelux market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Build productive relationships with sales, marketing partners, and external vendors
- Monitor pipeline and leading indicator metrics to rapidly measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- You have 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing roles
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You have a deep understanding of regional markets, audiences, and cultural nuances in the Benelux region
- You see the bigger picture and align execution with long-term goals
- You're data-driven in your decision-making, with a strong focus on optimizing strategies and measuring impact through pipeline and leading indicator metrics
- You effectively bring together cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
- You take full ownership of regional marketing initiatives
- You roll up your sleeves to execute with both velocity and quality
- You continuously gather and share valuable market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
