About the role

  • Assign transcription tasks to transcribers and track progress to ensure timely completion and delivery of transcripts.
  • Check in client audio files, troubleshoot upload issues, and facilitate accurate and secure file transfers to BOX.
  • Process and review paperwork submitted by digital reporters, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Manage a high-volume, time-sensitive workflow queue, prioritizing tasks to consistently meet client deadlines.
  • Perform repetitive and detail-intensive tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and other proprietary platforms to support workflow coordination and team collaboration.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, transcribers, and internal teams regarding file status, timelines, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive legal and client materials.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support business needs.
