Provide customer support to Consumer Cellular customers via phone (about 4+ calls per hour).
Troubleshoot technology issues related to cellular phones, billing, and general questions.
Assist customers with phone operations such as changing a SIM card, downloading apps, or adding contacts.
Be self-motivated, organized, and present during shifts, maintain a quiet, distraction-free workplace.
Collaborate with team, participate in team interactions when chosen, and utilize on-site/off-site IT support as needed.
Requirements

Experience – A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Remote customer service experience preferred.
Office Computer Skills – basic computer skills (general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet).
Work from Home Requirements – Internet Connection: at least an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS. Internet providers that are NOT compatible include; satellite, wi-fi, or cellular data.
Distraction-Free Workplace – provide an office setting in your home.
Location – must be within 50 miles of a CCI facility (Louisville center).
Communication – ability to communicate, verbal and written, in both Spanish and English is required and ability to pass a fluency test.
