Enterprise Solutions Architect

Director

• Develop new sources of unrestricted income from events, individuals, and local community partners, foundations and corporations
• Plan and implement campaign strategies consistent with UNCF national action plans and policies
• Develop and submit solicitation proposals and design and implement special fund-raising events
• Write fundraising correspondence, letters of acknowledgment and appeals and maintain a regular schedule of in-person visits with foundations, donors and board members

Area Development Director

Social Media Manager

• Set strategy for each UNCF national channel (with a primary focus on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email and Blog).
• Oversee programming across key social channels (managing Instagram feed and Stories, Facebook posting, Twitter, email planning and production, LinkedIn posting and Blog production).
• Generate and maintain content calendar for all UNCF national channels.
• Generate ideation, execution and production of social media campaigns, creative content and strategies, as well as newsletter.
• Experiment with live-streaming, gifs, audio, and other multi-media storytelling across platforms.
• Stay ahead of social trends, proposing tests and trial programs to expand our presence on new platforms as they gain traction.
• Report and analyze content performance, across social .

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 125+ major gift donors
• Design and implement strategies to identify, cultivate and solicit high-net worth donors for major gifts ($25K+)
• Manage the Major Gifts Moves Management Process and Individual Giving Officers
• Prepare meeting materials, stewardship reports, proposals and investment decks
• Manage donor communications and interactions and provide stewardship

Director of Major Gifts

• The Enterprise Solutions Architect (ESA) at UNCF will report to the Director of Security/Cybersecurity. The Director is responsible for supervising all technical and information security endeavors within the Enterprise Technology function. In this role, the incumbent will have the opportunity for collaboration across the enterprise portfolio with key partners and exposure to key senior stakeholders. The department's primary objectives include embracing 'As-a-Service' models/technologies, developing shared services offerings, and exploring innovative solutions with emerging technologies. This is an intermediate ESA role that will play a vital role in upholding cybersecurity standards for our programs and business critical assets. The scope for this role covers a broad spectrum of cybersecurity domains, including security and risk management, asset security, security engineering, identity and access management, security assessment, security operations, and software development security. Assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks by identifying vulnerabilities, evaluating threats, and implementing appropriate security controls. Interpret noncompliance patterns to assess their impact on risk levels. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards pertaining to cybersecurity and privacy. Track security/audit findings and recommendations, overseeing the implementation of appropriate mitigation actions. Perform incident response and handling methodologies, including the supervision of protective or corrective measures when cybersecurity incidents or vulnerabilities are discovered. Participate in security assessments of vendors as apart of due diligence to determine risk and alignment with organizations minimum security standards established contracts for service. Support the information security training and awareness program, ensuring that campaigns and content align with organizational threats, industry best practices, and compliance requirements. Contribute to the pipeline of written information security policy reviews and status tracking. Define and oversee the implementation of security policy configurations and procedures to safeguard critical infrastructure. Provide system-related input on cybersecurity requirements to be integrated into statements of work and procurement documents. Forecast ongoing service demands and review security assumptions needed to offer share-services. Other duties as assigned.

IT Support

• The Senior Internal Audit Manager is responsible for leading and managing internal audit engagements for the organization. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on operational, financial, and compliance audits, while ensuring adherence to professional standards. The manager will serve as a key liaison between the organization and the outsourced internal audit practice, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance internal controls and risk management. Act as the internal audit liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration between the outsourced internal audit function and other departments, ensuring a smooth audit process and timely responses to audit requests. The combination of the Senior Internal Audit Manager and the Outsourced Internal Audit function will serve as the internal audit operation for UNCF. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Manage and act as the primary point of contact for the outsourced internal audit function. Manage the contract for the outsourced internal audit function. Develop, update, and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan in collaboration with the outsourced provider. Oversee the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of audit engagements Lead and supervise audit teams (when applicable) in the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of audits. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. Track and report on the status of management's corrective actions related to audit findings. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and consultants. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and audit best practices. Ensure compliance with IIA standards and client-specific requirements. Assists in implementing audit recommendations and improving internal processes. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises several outsourced personnel, may supervise 1-2 staff members in the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
