About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a product area end to end, managing the backlog from discovery through delivery
- Turn customer problems and commercial goals into a prioritised roadmap with measurable outcomes
- Run customer discovery, analyse data, size opportunities, and write detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Run the delivery cadence, unblock engineers, review edge cases, and validate MVPs
- Connect product work to acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, and unit economics
- Track business results and iterate on the product
- Collaborate with Risk, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Operations, Legal, and external partners
- Incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements into the product from the outset
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in product, owning and shipping a product area end to end
- Background in fintech commercial and growth, including acquisition, activation, conversion, and customer onboarding; or experience building fintech or financial software products
- Hands-on ability to write specifications and work closely with customers and data
- Ability to balance speed and risk in a regulated environment and build with compliance in mind
- Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-growth environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity
- Experience in lending, payments, or credit products preferred
- Fluency with product and analytics tools and comfort using data, including writing basic queries, preferred
- Experience with external partners, marketplaces, or embedded finance integrations preferred
- Eligibility to work in the UK or Poland without requiring visa sponsorship
