About the role
- Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks
- Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Use internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes.
- Offer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product development.
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and/or sales support, ideally within tech or fast-paced industries.
- Experience working with KYC or due diligence processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Able to work US hours (2 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday)
- SQL or data-handling skills are a plus
