About the role

  • Own and manage intake into the product backlog, including ongoing grooming and prioritization aligned to business and customer needs
  • Partner with Product Managers to understand the ‘Why’ to enable you to own the ‘What’ and ‘How’ in detailed user stories
  • Research, define, and design requirements and scope through epics, user stories, and diagrams
  • Facilitate iteration planning and refinement sessions to ensure the team has clear, actionable, and organized work
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, enabling efficient and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and execute against the roadmap
  • Develop a strong understanding of the industry, product domain, and user personas to guide prioritization
  • Validate functionality and workflows to ensure we’re solving the right problems for our customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product owner or business analyst experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to collect business, functional and technical product requirements
  • Strong technical writing and visualization skills
  • Strong execution and product delivery skills
  • Ability to identify gaps, program risks, and proactively address them
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of JIRA
  • Bachelor’s degree
