About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interpret, manage, and coordinate data acquisition at the Shared Processing Center using multiple data systems
- Process YourPace admissions applications and supporting documents
- Rotate between data entry into the MaineStreet Student Information System, scanning and indexing credentials in the document management system, and matching credential data to persons in MaineStreet and ImageNow
- Review and analyze data and reach logical conclusions
- Report to the Director, Shared Processing Center Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong computer skills, including intermediate word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheets
- Data entry experience in a relational database
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to review and analyze data and reach logical conclusions
- Ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly
- Ability to function independently and as part of a proactive team
- High school diploma and data entry experience
- Must reside within the state of Maine and within a reasonable driving distance of campus
- Applicants requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered
- Successful candidate subject to appropriate background screenings
