About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Instructors of Record and/or develop courses from a wide range of disciplines for undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
  • Teaching assignments may begin at any of our eight-week sessions with six start dates per year.
  • Fully online and asynchronous courses with expected interpersonal interactions with students.
  • Compensated based on agreements as per the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreements/MOU.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • YourPace Adjunct Faculty for undergraduate degree programs must have at minimum, a master’s degree from an accredited institution, and/or significant work experience in a related field.
  • YourPace Adjunct Faculty for graduate degree programs must have a Doctorate, terminal, advanced degree in field of study, and/or significant work experience in a related field.
  • Experience teaching at the college-level
  • Online teaching experience
  • Teaching in a competency-based education model
  • Technology Requirements: YourPace Adjunct Faculty are required to have the appropriate technology to teach in a fully online environment. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Computer (laptop) with appropriate amounts of processing speed
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Webcam
  • Microphone
