About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze needs and recommend technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and software vendors.
- Participate in software implementations, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise business applications, business systems analysis, software implementation, or application administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
