About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Curriculum Development: Design and maintain syllabi aligned with departmental expectation and established course blueprints.
- Instructional Delivery: Lead lesson planning and facilitate instruction via Brightspace LMS or other instructional software.
- Student Support: Maintain regular correspondence, hold office hours, and provide timely grading and feedback.
- Professional Collaboration: Attend course coordination meetings with the Associate Dean of Graduate Education and complete required orientations and trainings.
- Modality Note: Courses are offered predominantly online, utilizing both synchronous and asynchronous formats.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of Early Childhood teaching experience.
- Teaching Experience: At least one year of in-person, online, and/or hybrid teaching experience at the college level.
