About the role
- Support faculty in creating high-quality, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences.
- Partner with full- and part-time faculty to design authentic, evidence-informed courses.
- Align outcomes and assessments, and develop engaging digital content.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and accessibility enhancements.
- Provide faculty training and foster community-building for remote instructors.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required, preferably in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, Learning Experience Design/Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in instructional design or a closely related field.
- Experience working with faculty in higher education is strongly preferred.
- Experience designing or supporting online learning; experience with competency-based education is strongly preferred.
