About the role
- Serve as the Project Manager for the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement
- Manage operations and University systems for the Center
- Work closely with the Center Leadership Team to ensure timely completion of project goals and deliverables
- Manage internal project communications
- Monitor project data collection activities
- Complete federal reporting activities for the Center
Requirements
- Previous experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native individuals and/or communities
- Bachelor’s Degree and seven years of experience managing projects *or* equivalent combination of higher education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and budgets over $1 million
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative to identify and propose new tasks and procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work on a variety of large and small teams with diverse groups of people
- Flexibility in meeting the varied needs of a large team
- Excellent customer service skills
