About the role

Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness on both iOS and Android platforms
Integrate with secure banking APIs and ensure compliance with financial security standards
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within the team
Stay ahead of emerging trends in fintech, mobile security, and React Native advancements
Work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team within a scaled agile framework

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript and related mobile development frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git)
Excellent attention to detail
Background in Agile/Scrum
Preferred: native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development experience
Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Preferred: Knowledge of blockchain, digital payments, or financial transaction systems
Preferred: Background in DevSecOps and automated testing for mobile applications
