Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft technologies - Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, etc.
Build automated workflows and apps that improve business efficiency and productivity.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other third-party systems.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing workflows and applications.
Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers..
Stay updated with new Power Platform features and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements

Strong listening, verbal, written and presentation communication skills are essential
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication skills, organization skills, time management skills and collaboration skills.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development.
Experience integrating APIs, connectors, and external data sources
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools
Excellent attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Good sense of UI/UX design
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry or developing ordering or accounting systems
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus
