Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of industrial IT systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, SCADA, Historian platforms like Aveva PI) and their integration with business systems (e.g., ERP)
  • Experience in application lifecycle management, technical debt reduction, and system simplification
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, and AI-based tools (e.g., Copilot, Power BI, Azure)
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks relevant to chemical industries (e.g., ISO, TISAX, NIS2)
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
  • High level of business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving, especially in operational and manufacturing contexts
