About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, coordinate, and administer employee onboarding and technical training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Safety, Engineering, Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, catalyst, or industrial operations
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety practices
  • Experience with SOP development and document control
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
