About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, coordinate, and administer employee onboarding and technical training programs
- Lead new employee safety orientation programs
- Ensure completion of required EHS training
- Develop structured qualification plans for each production area
- Coordinate work area training on processes and equipment operation
- Develop training materials and monitor training effectiveness using KPIs
- Participate in Root Cause Analyses and recommend training improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Safety, Engineering, Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, catalyst, or industrial operations
- Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety practices
- Experience with SOP development and document control
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
