About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the weekly alignment between demand, supply, production, and logistics across multiple product lines.
Own the Master Production Schedule and ensure an optimal balance between customer service, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Facilitate S&OE meetings and ensure effective follow-up on critical actions and business priorities.
Identify potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks before they impact operations.
Develop meaningful KPI dashboards and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Challenge existing ways of working and initiate continuous improvement projects that increase agility and performance.
Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, and Management teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, chemicals, or a comparable industrial environment.
Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data and planning systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
