Requirements

- Strong track record in production management in high-volume industrial environment, preferably in automotive sector
- Strong people leadership skills
- Passion for operational excellence
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiar with maintenance, quality, logistics, engineering, and EHS teams
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Proven experience leading large production teams in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KPI management, and improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards and environmental management systems
- Fluent in French and English
