  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Passion for operational excellence
  • Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead and develop diverse teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiar with maintenance, quality, logistics, engineering, and EHS teams
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
  • Proven experience leading large production teams in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KPI management, and improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards and environmental management systems
  • Fluent in French and English
