About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactive market development in both national and international markets
  • Strategic OEM and key account management to sustainably build customer relationships
  • Leadership of international project teams, management of product implementations, and solution-oriented troubleshooting
  • Conducting thorough market and competitive analyses (Competitive Intelligence) as well as technology scouting
  • Planning and executing targeted sales activities with international end customers (OEMs / Tier 1) through roadshows, trade show appearances, and technical workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree (FH / university) in Surface Technology, Chemistry, or Materials Science
  • Professional experience in the electronics industry or its suppliers, ideally in sales, product management, or coating technologies
  • Strong sense for market opportunities and a pronounced customer- and sales-orientation in a technical environment
  • Confident presence, persuasiveness, and excellent communication skills
  • High resilience, willingness to travel internationally, and intercultural competence
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
