About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance support
- Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and supporting capital and reliability improvement initiatives
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, and instrumentation
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions
- Maintain pumps, valves, conveyors, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Contractors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree or technical certification (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical), OR equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, or both)
- 5–10 years of industrial/plant experience preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (rotating equipment, piping, valves)
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems and work order management
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred
