About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting day-to-day IT operations
Upgrading ERP system
Providing first line support for hardware, software, and network issues
Maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, printers, and other office technology
Supporting the implementation of a new ERP system, including data validation and testing
Generating and formatting reports and dashboards
Documenting business processes, system changes, and user guides
Providing end-user training on systems and applications
Coordinating with internal IT and external vendors
Other duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience or technical certification
Understanding of IT principles, business systems, and data structures
Familiarity with Excel, SQL basics, and ERP/CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Customer-service mindset with a collaborative approach
