About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting day-to-day IT operations
  • Upgrading ERP system
  • Providing first line support for hardware, software, and network issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience or technical certification
  • Understanding of IT principles, business systems, and data structures
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL basics, and ERP/CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-service mindset with a collaborative approach
