About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to the EOM business, driving financial performance
- Enable data-driven decision-making
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across finance and business operations
- Own the full P&L of the EOM business unit, ensuring performance and transparency
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Drive business performance through portfolio optimization and revenue enhancement
- Implement and improve a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance with internal policies
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior finance leader with proven experience in full P&L responsibility within complex environments
- Strong business partner with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
- Expert in financial planning, analysis, and performance management
- Experience in digital transformation and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of Business IT and its role in driving operational excellence
- Experience with S&OP or integrated business planning processes
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in dynamic environments
- Fluent in English and Dutch and willing to travel internationally.
