About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to the EOM business, driving financial performance.
- Drive data‑driven decision-making and lead digital transformation.
- Shape the future of the business with financial governance and operational excellence.
- Own the full P&L of the EOM business unit.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Lead financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.
- Execute the business plan with disciplined cost control.
- Design and implement robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior finance leader with proven experience in full P&L responsibility within complex environments.
- Strong business partner with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
- Expert in financial planning, analysis, and performance management.
- Experience in digital transformation and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of Business IT and its role in driving operational excellence.
- Experience with S&OP or integrated business planning processes.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in English and Dutch and willing to travel internationally.
