About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, monitor and execute import and export processes
Establish necessary contacts and prepare documentation in compliance with national and international regulations
Oversee the entire process to ensure customs clearance and provide required information
Review import documents prior to shipment
Liaise with regulatory authorities, carriers, insurers, and international customers and suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
Specialization in foreign trade or extended training in related areas preferred
Intermediate English (B1)
Experience with foreign trade procedures and knowledge of customs legislation applied to the Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM)
Familiarity with the Foreign Trade System (Siscomex), the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), and SUFRAMA
