About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performs assigned tasks within P&O operations, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety/quality requirements
- Maintains accuracy and completeness of records, documentation, and transactions in compliance with internal controls
- Identifies issues or inconsistencies and supports continuous improvement of procedures and work instructions
- Supports colleagues and responds to stakeholder requests in a timely and professional manner
- Keeps documentation up to date in accordance with policies and procedures
- Guides or coaches colleagues on procedures and tools, coordinating daily priorities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Intermediate English for speaking, writing, and reading
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with the ADP system is a plus
