Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR team with operational tasks

Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Personnel Management, Business Psychology, or a related field
- Some practical experience in an HR environment
- Interest in HR processes
- Ideally, experience with SAP HCM
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
- Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- Team player with commitment and precise communication skills
