About the role

  • Ensure the safe, efficient, cost effective and a highly productive work environment when performing requested service and project engineering work at customer facilities
  • Support the commercial engineering projects of the business both inhouse and during contractor execution of work at customer facilities 7 days a week
  • Responsible for supporting the management and sales of service engineering commercial project efforts in conjunction with the commercial project engineering team
  • Responsible for the planning and execution onsite client activities including facilities equipment inspections and operational system evaluation
  • Provide technical expertise and direction to assist clients to improve product satisfaction and facilitate successful operation of provided engineering services and products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a similar field is preferred, but equivalent years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • 5 - 10 years of project engineering experience in the Chemical Industry with Engineering Sales and/or Project Management experience preferred
  • 5 -10 years of related industrial experience
  • Ability to maintain relationships with colleagues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Project Management principles
  • Excellent proficiency with the use of Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
